What are the worst changes to a character's design you've seen?

This happens so often, but Wonder Woman has a costume that covers her butt and her boobs. She is not wearing a thong, highcut panties or a teeny weeny little breastplate that sits at an angle off her body to make it useless. She wears as much clothing as a professional runner, which is not a lot, but it's not underwear either.

Superman's Man of Steel look. Everything about Superman in Man of Steel really. Complete misunderstanding of the character.

The 12th Doctor's second redesign of the Tardis. Also didn't love 13's Tardis either.

Lack of the red underwear threw the look off really bad. It looked like a onesie.
