Re: Irrational anger. A rant.

I've been having this issue with my husband for YEARS at this point. He never listens to me when I ask him to NOT do a specific thing (in our case, he eats snacks that I specifically buy for myself that he knows are not communal treats, among other things), and I'm at the end of my rope at this point.

Your anger isn't irrational at all. You have a boundary, partner dismissed the boundary, you had a fight, and the cycle continues. Try looking up vagus nerve stimulation or TRE exercises. I find they generally help with my anxiety and get me to calm down when I'm stressed out.
