If I had a dollar for every time someone complained about idealized sex then went on to say they want to see 'rough and dirty' sex instead... without bothering with all those nitpicky things like health and safety issues and consequences, ofc, just rough and dirty... or '''bad''' sex... with temporarily embarrassing but ultimately totally physically harmless failures and shenanigans where everything ends up well and everyone laughs and cuddles afterward and is even more in love with each other, ofc...

I think it's safe to say everyone wants idealism in fantasy. People who claim otherwise are ones that don't realize or don't want to admit that their flavor of ideal is simply different from other flavors of ideal
