Bought some pineapple teriyaki chicken meatballs at Trader Joe's-- that's not the new part, I know I'm a big fan of those, I've added them to instant ramen or a cup of minute rice, put them on a small bun, really enjoyed them... but, this time when I got them, and some buns for little meatball sandwiches, I had onion jam in the fridge. And oh man, the onion jam with the pineapple teriyaki? Next. level.

I keep thinking I should get some onion or bacon jam and see how they'd be for savory thumbprint cookies (using cheese). There are recipes online with red pepper jelly but that doesn't sound as interesting to me.
