Re: Wash behind your ears

I do. Every day when I shower. Most days I gently lather the area with soap or foaming face wash before rinsing with water. Once a week I use my dandruff shampoo.

Last year, the back of my ears got crusts and dry spots that I couldn't figure out what was going on. Turns out yeast can build up in this area, saw a dermatologist recommend using dandruff shampoo behind the ears and back of your neck every few days to keep the yeast/germs from building up.
