I don't care about any Avengers who aren't in the core starting MCU lineup. So the Wakanda heroes, Ant Man, Scarlet Witch, Dr. Strange, etc. That's just the way I am in this fandom.

Nobody has tried to make me care about these other characters?

I think it depends on your corner of the fandom. I’m not in the fandom but I’ve seen a lot of wank about fans being bad fans or not real fans unless they love all the characters and movies that came along in later phases. But they’re usually ok with people not liking some of the shows with the except of the Wandavision show.
