People who give unsolicited advice about things they know nothing about. My dad does this incessantly and defends as "I'm trying to help!" Really? Spouting total nonsense with great confidence is helpful how? He will eagerly and insistently tell people stuff that's wrong and then argue about how he's right until you can prove it to him, then it's oh whoops, just trying to help, dunno why you're so ungrateful, etc. etc.

This drives me crazy. Especially if someone knows absolutely nothing whatsoever about the situation, and then gives their "solution" like they have all the answers and you're an idiot for not having thought of it yourself........

Yep. My dad will shamelessly give advice to anyone and everyone like he's the expert and they just fell off the turnip truck yesterday. It's incredibly embarrassing to be near him when he does this and he refuses to believe that this is rude.
