Coup: it's a card game about bluffing. It can be played quick or slow, but I prefer quick. You have two of half a dozen face-cards representing operatives with specific powers. You keep the cards face down and take actions based on the operatives you have (or claim to have) or general actions. You try to build up enough coins to assasinate or coup the others players operatives but they can call your bluff at any time. If you were lying you lose the card, if you weren't *they* lose a card. Last player with a card left wins.

Also I really enjoyed the DnD board game. We kept at it for months.

I've played Root once, and it's SUPER complicated and took quite a while to get comfortable, but I want to play again SO BAD <3

Coup sounds really fun, a bit like Liar's Dice if I remember the rules right. I like the sound of it for sure.

DnD has always been something I've wanted to get into. Especially when I was younger, I loved RPG's and played with such a full understanding of my player character. I've become more of a completionist over the years but I would love to get back into that character driven aspect. It was always so much fun.

Root looks fun too! A couple members of my family have both the attention span and patience of a toddler, so I'll have to save this one for me and my sister, but I love the look of this!
