I really love Castiel/Anyone-and-Everyone, but with angelic versions of sex. Like mind melds and things. It takes away the 'Cas is an emotionless robot' feeling, but doesn't make it horrifically OOC and have him actually going at it. And plus, it's backed up by Paradise Lost that angels have weird non-corporeal sex! XD

Castiel/His Virginity, YES.

this makes me ridiciulously happy, to discover that I am not alone. I enjoy the pr0n from time to time, but when it really comes down to it, in Show I do not ship Castiel with anyone at all. He's an angel. I don't think sex is of any particular interest to him. I'm not sure his sex organs actually mean anything to him.
