Definitely! But I don’t think I made it clear that part of the issue was the app not working properly. It would tell me I was swapping something. I’d make the swap and then it turned out it was an addition, instead. Then the next day that addition was gone. But sometimes other things would change without any input from me. It was a bit buggy and there were tons of reports about it for a couple months but the devs never addressed it. Which kinda proves your point more: users are more likely to complain about their every whim not being met than to submit a ticket when something is legitimately wrong.

Oh for sure, bugs and basic functionality are totally different stories, and it's not great if the devs ignore them.
