Same. I was deeply emotionally involved in fandom throughout my teens and 20s, which were also the worst years of my life for many reasons. Now that I'm pushing 40 and my life has been mostly good for a while fandom has become just a background hobby I check out when I'm bored and I hardly feel a fraction of that emotional involvement anymore.
