I avoid people who claim to have DID, but the minute someone goes out saying they KNOW everyone who says they do is faking it I get super uncomfortable. There is no way to know with certainty who is or isn't genuine, and putting out anonymously that you think everyone is a liar is could really hurt if by chance someone who is telling the truth and sees it. In turn, giving the benefit of the doubt and keeping your distance harms nobody.
