I mean, you say it yourself: it’s a game you like. But some people love it. And I’m not just talking about this one game; this is something that is happening with more regularity in games. Not only are people free to voice their grief about losing a game they loved but the more who do it, the better chances for slowing this trend.

People are free to voice their grief. But when people can't stop playing a game that's upsetting them, then not only is there a problem, but it's not going to do anything to "slow this tend." Who cares if the players complain, if they'll just keep playing anyway?
