Me, too, OP! In my case, it's more about the fact that, despite my best efforts, I've had RL friends find out about my LJ and I don't want them to see the hardcore porn I write, lol. Well, and some of the people on my flist, too, who are gen fic sort of people (or if there's a pairing, PG or PG-13 is about the highest rating they'll read.) I just want a place to feel free to write really kinky shit if I want.

Oh man, I sympathize with you so much. I always want to do things like that. Write a serious novel based on Hetalia, make a 3D fighting video game based on Hetalia, compose a Theme and Variations based on Marukaite Chikyuu... *sigh* It all seems so silly, though.

Would be awesome, but the fuckery about this secret makes me ashamed in very high levels.

143- Ursula is pretty much one of the best Disney villains. She was always my favorite as well.

164- I can see this. I do bellydancing as well and sometimes the names are a little... over the top. However, considering that you're wearing extravagant costumes covered in jewels and coins, I think a silly name is perfectly fine. Chill out and have fun. Be a diva on stage and love every moment of it. You'll appreciate it more that way.

Greetings fellow dancer :) I think I'd be a bit more okay with the silly names if they agreed they were silly, instead they're really serious about it and think we should all have our Goddess names sewn on our pre-show coverup cloaks. Which we will be seen wearing in public. So not happening!

As for the costumes/dancing, I love it on that stage :)

If I were you, I'd just try to convince myself they're two different shows. Kind of like Serenity and Firefly. Firefly can either ignore the movie, and I can read/write fic where (SPOILER) Wash and Book are both alive, or include the movie and have them be dead, and include the Miranda plot line.
