Supposedly. I'm almost convinced that the "artist" takes pictures of herself and traces over them to produce her art. Add a scar and a cock and viola! "Iruka" from Naruto, in theory.

IAWTC! After seeing a self-portrait she did of herself preggers ( http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/45966937/?qo=55&q=by%3Adominicshade&qh=sort%3Atime+-in%3Ascraps ) it's just too obvius! Add that stupid scar in there and you get another one of her Iruka pictures.
