You don't suck, but you need a lot of work. This are very rudimentary and a bit juvenile looking. The "sketchy" lines look contrived and the forms have no volume or variation in texture. Also, light direction.

You definitely do not suck and your work shows a lot of promise. The other anon said a lot of the things I'm thinking. I personally would not submit those pieces as a fest gift just because they look unfinished to me - not polished enough, you know? But you don't suck by any means.

I wouldn't feel totally cheated if I received those pieces as a gift, whereas I've seen some shitty gift art in my fandoms that would make your toes curl. I'd give examples but I really don't want to hurt anybody's feelings (which is why shitty art keeps happening in fests, nobody can bring themselves to give actual crit and I can't really fault them for it, I can't do it either).

Thanks for the crit. I'm [even] worse at inking than I am at pencils, and I'm good friends with my recipient and knew she'd forgive me, but it's true that they seem unfinished.

Nope! I did see your work - it's not amazing, but it wasn't one of the art posts that led to this secret. I think it looks rather sweet, and has personality.

Another anon has pointed out some technical faults, but my issue here isn't the technical faults which some pieces have, since it's an exchange and all that - what I take issue with is sheer lack of quality (and, sometimes, apparent effort).
