I've noticed the majority of Tumblr is in the 12-19 range, with the occasional 20-26 year old. One Doctor Who fan I'm following THERE did a "who was the Doctor when you were born" thing, only to discover she was a Tom Baker among a sea of McCoys, McGanns, and the occasional Colin Baker.

I've tried to understand it, but it's confusing! Yet another sign that I'm getting old, I guess.

I even tried to ask my f-list what it was and how it worked, but nobody answered me. So I figured either they don't know either, or Tumblr is some big, dark secret that you just don't talk about. Maybe you can't be a part of it until you figure out for yourself how it works.

The first rule about Tumblr. DON'T TALK ABOUT TUMBLR!!! D:<

This is my favorite comment, and everyone commenting here is my favorite person. It is very nice to know that I was not alone in my sea of paralyzed confusion.

I had to get my 16 year old sister (I'm 23) to teach me how to reblog something. It was highly embarrassing. It was basically like one of those commercials they used to have where people would advertise their ability to teach old people how to use complicated programs like Microsoft word, or websites like ebay.

Oh my god that is so sad one day we are going to be those people who buy that software from that bald guy who sells "HOW TO USE EBAY INTERNETS" DVDs on TV.
