There's no "bi" about it. Why do people always say "straight" when referring to straight guys, but "gay or bi" when referring to gay guys?

Let's be fair here: there's a difference between "closeted" and "not telling People magazine and Entertainment Tonight his business." The people who actually matter in his personal life probably know, it's just that we don't because it's not our business. AFAIK, he's never outright lied/said "no, I'm not gay"/"I'm with a woman," etc.

Once again, if he had a wife, he'd make it our business to know; they ALL make it our business to know. A glass closet still has a door.

I agree. It's also a little hard to believe that every single person on television's favourite curse is "son of a b*tch".

I find it really strange that North American TV censors swearing like it's the worst thing in the world. I remember watching a Buffy re-run after midnight, years after the episode had originally aired, and they censored the curse word in Spike's "Out for a walk" joke! Truly strange.

No offense, but you're kinda twisting Anon's words there. I don't think they were equating not swearing with being inhuman, and it wasn't unfortunate word choice either. It was a perfectly logical statement. Anon established that they felt like Azula wouldn't curse because it is beneath her, so it stands to reason that if something upset her enough to make her curse, it would be a loss of that sense of control and superiority. A crack in her carefully maintained persona. So, based on that argument, her cursing would humanize her.

No shame, OP! I'm a multishipper, but one of the most satisfying things in the whole fandom is finding a good, solid casefic. It brings back memories of "saving people hunting things" from the early days, and I love love love watching the boys in that dynamic.

OMG, I've never wanted two characters to have sex more than I want Julian and Ricky to have sex. (Except for Balki and Julian, which is where this secret post comes in...) So, don't hate. Ricky/Julian is practically cannon.
