Yes, and they didn't include shota/chanslash this time around at all. It's fascinating, really, to see which kinks are deemed possible to enjoy in fic while not endorsing them in reality, and which are not. My previous hypothesis was that it's what the OP themselves thought was an ok rl kink, but since rape and gore was included this time, I think I have to discard that theory...
