(Anonymous) 2011-05-06 08:44 am (UTC)(link)Because if a comm is run by a sensible mod (i.e. not you lot), it doesn't matter what you say outside the comm. You could call the mods a team of horsefaced cockbibs in your own journal, even outside a friends lock, and they wouldn't care as long as you don't cause trouble in the comm. They might be hurt or maybe even call them out on it outside the comm, but it would have nothing to do with the op's standing in the comm.
You don't seem to realize that people have the right to say whatever they want to, especially when they think they're talking among friends, and only a total asshole mod would use that against them in the context of a comm.
The internet is not the same thing as the real world. Modding a comm =/= leading a company. Jesus, if you can't see how those two things are different from each other, it's not wonder you're unable to make a difference between private and public.
