I, meanwhile, find the angel storyline the only thing about this show worth watching. That's what I fell in love with. /kanyeshrug

It's a problem of different strokes for different folks. There's a lot of people like you in fandom from what I understand, but I'd bet money there's a lot of people like me too. (And not just the Cas fangirls.) If this show is going to survive much longer, they need to find a balance stat.

I totally agree with you. It wasn't until 4.01 that I really became invested. For me, the show needed and exceeded with the angel storyline.

I mean, I know it's not for everyone, but it certainly kept my viewership. :-)

The angels storyline was a good idea for S4 but now it doesn't make any sense. There's Cas, Crowley, Balthazar...a lot of angels and we only get to see them like five minutes every week and nothing ever happens except for more angels being dicks and keeping secrets and Dean and Sam trying to find out what's going on.

Cas and his buddies did a good job in S4 but S5 was a mess and S6 was horrible.
