Well, your friend certainly SOUNDS like a bad person, but I'm always wary of stories that involve one party badly wronging another with seemingly little to no provocation. It could be true, but more often than not the truth ends up being a little more complicated than "X totally attacked me for no reason, she's just a crazy bitch".

In short it is impossible to draw a conclusion about the moral character of two individuals we are not even certain exist, and I don't know why we always try to do that. Because it's fun, I guess.

It is called "bullying. It is not an uncommon or undocumented phenomenon, particularly among children. It is also sometimes known as "abuse."
