Do you walk up to complete strangers or friends and start lecturing them about how bad their smoking habit is? No? Why do you do the same to people you deem "unhealthy"? I wonder why...Oh, I know why..you want to body police people on the internet because you are so insecure with your own body.

Go awaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay.

I'm tired of reiterating myself. BMI is bad. I know "fat/unhealthy" people that can outrun socially-acceptable-weighted people. I know "unhealthy" people who are vegan, and vegetarian. I know people who are very active but still retain the fucking weight.

Weight =/= healthy. JFC.

Are you implying vegan food is automatically healthy? Potatoes fried in vegetable oil are unhealthy when eaten in excess, yet they contain no meat products...

As far as I know, some people do it wrong/unhealthy by not taking essential vitamins in pill form that they don't get from their diet.

If they are aware and mindful of the nutrients they lack while being vegan/vegetarian, then it's relatively healthier than a normal American diet (and I say this from my PoV as a poor American).

Also I agree with the fried vegetables, but the people I know tend to avoid fried foods as well, so I just assumed!
