This is just out of personal interest, because I would have agreed with OP like six months ago, and it looks like a few commenters are still just not getting it.
She's an Olympic medalist. And a lot of people probably gave her the side eye on the street for looking unhealthy, even though she could probably bench press five of them at once.

Um no. Those guys may be super powerful but it turns out the secret to long life isn't 'lift as much heavy shit as you can'. Reason that those people very rarely make it past seventy, if that.
