1. those people who have the time usually don't work full time or have very flexible hours. like teens who are on summer vacation or even just going to school, they've got the whole night and weekends. stay at home moms that have some downtime periods during the day. people who work from home. and people who are unemployed and rely on their other half or family for income. rarely do i see anyone who is a BNF that claims to be going to uni and holding down a job, but still has the time for fandom and a social life.
