Gundam Wing is my absolute favourite anime of all time! AND whats-his-name said something as to the effect that it would have as much material as the original Gundam did before they're done with it (and that Frozen Teardrop is just one stepping stone to that). So prepare for more awesome! <3

I like Relena too. I just laugh at her insanity in the first few eps where she's annoying. But I like what they did with her character. She has the hopes of a lot of people pinned on her and I think she handles things as best she can (and does a good job).

There's going to be MORE after Frozen Teardrop?! HOLY CRAP.

If you like Trowa/Quatre I know from spoilers on the Gundam wiki that though they are not a romantic couple they are working together in Frozen Teardrop and as far as we know neither is in a relationship with anyone else. :]

Heh, yup, that's who I'm talking about and they're the only part of Frozen Teardrop that I've been paying any attention to. As long as they're not firmly attached to anyone else, I'm happy. :D

Speaking of that, do you know any good places to read summaries and keep up with what's going on in FT?

The LJ comms I know of haven't been as good at updating but if you look around you might find a frozen teardrop specific one. I've just been periodically reading the Gundam Wiki (http://gundam.wikia.com/wiki/Frozen_Teardrop) page for it (and they post the art there too!). :]

I can't honestly see them ever really "breaking up" 3x4 considering everything in the series and the manga between them. I just don't know if they're brave enough to actually make them a gay couple in a Gundam series yet.

For crying out loud Heero ships them. You'll hardly get a better endorsement than that!

But yes, when the densest member of the cast in terms of people skills ships it, you know there's something on.

I love Heero, but that boy is clueless outside of a cockpit or a gunfight.

Hm... I always saw Heero as pretty perceptive of other people. Himself? Not so much. Trowa is the same way for a while (I think he's better at it thanks to Quatre and co. by the end of Endless Waltz).

I'm thinking back to the first few episodes, where he beat up the EMTs and stole the ambulance (because that's totally not going to draw attention to himself, injured people do that all the time!), then enrolled in Relena's school and told her to her face he'd kill her (in front of a crowd of witnesses!), because that's definitely not suspicious or anything and she'll just nod and agree to be shot in the head like a good girl while all her friends look on.

He gets better about it as the series progresses, yes, but going back and watching those first five episodes was like "does he know anything about civilians?"

Haha, yes you're right but Relena's characterization is pretty terrible in those first episodes too (I laugh every time she yells "A body!" and runs to Heero's fallen body and then when she introduces herself after the ambulance part).

Very true. The one that cracks me up every time is the infamous "Come over here and KILL ME!" That will never stop being funny. Ever.

Also, small thing, but I always thought it was kind of hilarious that Quatre's mother and father kind of resembled him and Trowa respectively. His dad even had Trowa's hair style, which always cracked me the hell up

I've been skimming that too, but I feel like I'm not getting enough info from that, though maybe that's all the info that's out there.

So it's basically "They're basically together, only not." That's annoying.
