(Anonymous) 2011-08-30 06:00 am (UTC)(link)It's a show about brightly colored talking ponies with names like Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash, Twilight Sparkle, Sweetie Belle, and Cheerilee that uses characters from a toy line targeted at preschool and elementary school girls. The only way you could make the entire MLP concept girlier would be to paint it hot pink and coat it an inch thick with glitter glue. It is a girly show.
Just accept already that a good show can be girly, and a girly show can be good.
