I agree. I wish the romance would have been left open, or at least that everybody hadn't married the people they met in school. And that the family part of Harry's story had ended with him realising that he didn't need the idealised family in his mind, but that Ron, Hermione, the Weasleys and his friends were his family, and that families can be different things and no worse because of it.

I'm really confused by this complaint. All wizards in the UK go to Hogwarts. Unless they were going to meet and marry muggles or marry someone with a 7+ year age difference, the odds are pretty damn good they went to school together.

and that's why I ship Draco/Asteria Greengrass. Don't know a damn thing about her, but I'm just glad that somebody married someone they weren't dating in school.

Someone needs to make that into a macros or somethin' because it's just beautiful. And I agree with you about the Weasley Wizarding World thing. Even at the epilo-er, the thing-we-do-not-speak-of, there was talk about trying to recruit Teddy Lupin into being a "real Weasley". In three generations, the Sorting Ceremony will just be "Potter... Potter... Potter... (thirty minutes later) Potter... Tupin... Vilenci... Weasley... Weasley... Weasley..." and so on for an hour.
