An unwelcome kiss DEFINITELY qualifies for sexual harassment. And yes, it was unwelcome - the way Kurt flinches when Karofsky leans in for a second one proves that much. That was sexual harassment, on top of the physical aggression.

IT WAS A KISS. That is NOT sexual assault. If you're seriously that upset over a KISS you are overreacting.

IN THE UNITED STATES.

I would accept the argument that "and the US is where it happened, thus it was sexual assault" but the argument in the other thread was "Karofsky is a sexual predator" which I think he wouldn't be either legally or morally in many places outside the US.

Nest time a man twice your size corners you in a room, forces you against a wall, and forces an unwanted kiss on you...don't bother being upset about it. That's obviously not sexual assault. It's just a kiss.
