I think one of the funniest parts of FS is that the trolls become loyal readers without realizing what they're doing. FS is up! Let's go! Let's comment! Yeah we're trolling woo! Every day... faithfully... and none of them know this place was made to troll all of fandom in the first place and they're only buying into the system

Nope, I'm one of those lurkers who I'm sure gets dismissed as a stupid fangirl and assumed to be genuinely interested in secrets when in reality I'm here for the beautiful train wrecks like... I'd say a good 50% or more of all of us :)

This pretty much happened to me, I will own up to it.

I submitted a bunch of completely ridiculous secrets like a year ago. The responses were so sincere and enraging, I was immediately sucked into arguing with them on their level and I've been here ever since.

Sometimes I will try to troll a thread but I almost always end up getting genuinely invested.

I have become what I hate. Oh well.

This SORT OF happened to me. A friend linked me to a secret, and I laughed at her for reading F!S ... and then immediately got invested in several threads of the same post ಠ_ಠ

Yes, and it's thanks to people specifically like you. People who are so truly stupid others become entranced with the things they say, ping-ponging back and forth, "is she a troll??? no one can really think that? But she's so committed . . . she can't be a troll. . . . But is she??"

You're so sincere yet so stupid, you wrap around into be a troll just by saying your opinions. It is impressive, truly.

It makes me feel a bit bad to admit this, but I've found myself agreeing with hikari on numerous occasions. I do disagree with her debate tactics, though. They are deplorable. It's no wonder people call troll on her so often.

Also, I would find your insults more painful were it not for the fact that you've essentially described yourself, not to mention the fact that someone so passionately opposed to logic in all its forms as to become enraged at the very mention of the word, as you did in our last exchange, is not the one to be calling others "stupid."

The inherent nature of FS is one big systematic troll. The mod himself has said he made it for the possible ensuing lulz more than once. What does it say about the inherent nature of fandom that it's lasted for years?

People like train wrecks and are assholes when they're not held accountable- nice or not, this is nothing new.
