Yeah I hope OP was just trying to troll, otherwise they have incredibly simplistic and juvenile ideas of how the world (and the patriarchy) works. People generally try to do their best. Nobody outside of a kid's superhero cartoon wakes up and goes "I really feel like kicking some puppies and oppressing women today, being evil ownz." People don't always realise when they're being misogynist/racist/hurtful/whatever, or if they do they don't realise why it's wrong. Pointing out things you think are wrong is necessary and might make some people think about what they're doing and believing.

It's always lovely when somebody posts a secret that is basically "I'm a feminist... and I think we already have equality! Geez why can't we all stop complaining about misogyny now!". Derrr.

Yeah, I can never tell when this "I'm not anti-feminist, but..." people are trolls or not, so I usually just don't comment, but this one seemed kind of earnest? Idk.

Oh yes, these are my favorites. I never know whether to giggle at such sweet little bunny rabbit naivete, or to wonder if the poster is hoping to earn her "exceptional female" card from the boys' club.
