hm. i've been suicidal for nearly 6 years, glad to know this is considered trolling.

Not sure if trolololol, but you have read Final Exit, yes? Tho' that book also includes some very logical reasons WHY each methods sucks, and how (much more) badly each can suck if you happen to screw it up.

I once spent 18 months on that train ride (it's much the same as described Wells' Armageddon), but I got off with no pills, no poisons, no therapy, and no attempts to "ride the express." (Sorry. I've been watching too much Riverworld.)

Then again, I am stubborn and just hard-headed enough that my approach was, if the demons wanted to drag my soul down into the pit, I was going to fight them every centimetre of the way.

One day, whatever was off-kilter in my head self-corrected, and that was it, everything was "normal" again. (Yeah yeah normal is a setting on the dryer, etc.) The waiting honestly was the worst part, but it's never happened to me again. Not so far, anyway. But 6 years? Sounds like you've got more will to live than you think you do, nonny.
