To be fair, plenty of people do hate Quentin Tarantino because he lifts shit directly from other movies

I mean, that's not even homage, and even worse, most Americans have never even seen the films he's "referencing" or "paying homage to" so they actually think he's original

And Quentin is not bashful about his sources. He's pretty proud of what he's paying homage to. Usually he mentions them in Interviews, commentary, and if interested a person can pick them up.
