There's something about the way this is phrased that's ...off. Like you'd be doing him a favour, or lowering yourself to have sex with somebody with an illness or health condition. Him having Parkinsons doesn't change who he is.

Yeah, that doesn't sit well with me. My grandfather had Parkinson's and it didn't change anything about him, aside from making his hands shake (well, I'm sure it did more physically but that's all I really noticed).

I don't think that's what OP was getting at. I think they were saying the Parkinsons wouldn't deter them from being sexually attracted to him, even though there are many people who wouldn't/couldn't be attracted to someone with a disorder like that.
