That's Guy Fieri. He's a "chef" on the Food Network who makes a living stuffing enormous amounts of fatty, greasy food down his gullet, who is forty-odd years old and acts like a fifty-year-old trying to impersonate a teenager, and who tries to treat being a television chef like being a rock star (he has his own "roadies" and everything). Also, he's a homophobe. And can't cook.

Didn't know that, but it's yet another reason to dislike him. Seriously, I agree with everything you said. He's like those people who think if they get really drunk and loud at a party everyone will think they're really cool and edgy when in fact 90% of the people there want them to shut up.

He is supposed to appeal to a younger and especially a more masculine target audience that the Food Network wants to cater to, rather than "middle-age middle-class housewives" as much of the television cooking world focused its attention toward until recently.
