I think Emperor's New Groove is fucking funny and entertaining.

The only hate I've ever seen for it came from weird Disney snobs who claimed it was the most horrible movie Disney ever made (+ Hercules and that cow movie) just because it had too much slapstick and wasn't "magical" enough *cough*

Don't forget Meg. The whole third act would have fallen apart if not for her and Hades would have been 2x more moody without someone intelligent to snark with. I read this amazing disney meta that about how she had the most agency of anyone in that film and it changed my perception of the movie ever since.

Whhhhhaaaaat? People hated HERCULES? /gasps!

But... but I was obsessed with that shit as a kid! Seriously, there was a time where I watched that movie EVERY FREAKIN' DAY. Me and my sister could quote it by heart! And btw, at that time I was a major Greek Myth nut so I could recite that number of ways they screwed the original myths over, but it was still awesome.

That movie rocks.

...And so does Emperor's New Groove. God, I need to buy that movie.
