Eh, they don't portray her obsession/relationship with the Joker as a good thing. It's written as a character flaw for once. She's not someone to aspire to be, she is a villain. So, I don't see a big problem with the way she was written (of course I'm not an expert on her). And she definitely has a lot of quirky traits, talent and attitude to like.

Not seeing the argument for it making you a bad feminist. Of course, I don't think liking any female character is really going to make you bad feminist, I usually only take issue with bad writing behind a character or situation.
