I am going to concede that it is often unwise for a person to wear fandom items for a fandom they don't truly belong to, because there might be connotations and implications they're unaware of in the choices.

With that being said....

"Worthy to wear them"?? Seriously? If you think that being a "bigger" or "truer" or what-the-fuck-ever-er fan makes you more worthy in any way, even more worthy to wear fannish T-shirts, you are a sad little person and you have big issues to work out with your own priorities.
