The hammer and sickle and other USSR simbols are banned in Hungary and Lithuania. And the foreign ministers of Lithuania, Latvia, Bulgaria, Hungary, Romania and the Czech Republic called for an EU-wide ban on communist symbols in 2010.

I'm in the Baltics, been living there all my life. It's weird that our press is free, but the local Russian media are the same as in Russia. All newspapers, aside from one which is very business/finance-oriented and doesn't write about politics at all, regularly have articles about how occupation didn't happen and everyone who disagrees is a fascist nazi. When Putin wins elections? HUUUGE articles, first page! Russians protest election results?

Wow this is a really gross prejudice against the Baltic nations. Good job. Because clearly everyone who lives in those countries agrees with that. Also the majority of those aren't Baltics. They're Balkans. Only Lithuania is a Baltic nation of the ones listed. Do you even have half a clue what you're talking about?
