Um, stay out of fandom? I've recently gotten into Community and after a brief foray into the fandom I'm steering away lest their cray cray makes me hate it. I'm still loving it (and can't wait for the hiatus to be over damnit!)

community_tv is great and pretty much drama-free to the best of my memory. It's a general Community community (hee!) for news, polls, updates, but also fic, icons, wallpapers, fanvids, whatever, anything goes. Much love.
