I would love to know where you get awkward from. He doesn't look the least bit awkward in his videos, to me anyway. And I got to meet him at a convention just recently and he was one of the sweetest, friendliest, and kindest people I've met in a long time. He was very gracious to his fans, thanking them for watching his videos, answering any questions we had, and taking all the pictures we wanted. He's not egotistical or anything like that; he's a guy who enjoys his reviews and is glad that other people enjoy them.

After thinking about it yesterday I think it has a lot to do with the fact that sometimes that he doesn't know when to let a joke go or when it wasn't funny in the first place, which is a huge pet peeve of mine. I guess I just get the feeling that he's not great at reading social cues which gives me massive second hand embarrassment. I know that probably makes me a terrible person, but what're you gonna do?

Again, I'd love an example. Do you mean the running jokes he does in several different videos (I AM A MAN, poor literacy is KEWL, and the like)? Because most of the reviewers have something like that. Do you mean he lingers too long on individual jokes in his reviews? I can't see that.

Obviously, if you don't care for him, I'm not going to hold a gun to your head and make you watch him. Maybe you're seeing something I'm not but, like someone else said, except for his early reviews that sound like he's reading cue cards off screen, he seems quite natural to me.

But to each their own. I hope you find someone else on the site more enjoyable to watch.
