I tend to see a ton of the hate, including that for Anderson, try to be validated with, "She's so mean to Sherlock! She called him a freak! How dare she consider him suspect when he presents scenarios no one but him could realize!" Which makes absolutely no sense to me considering there's no reason to put up with Sherlock being an asshole. Not that it's okay to namecall, but everyone is assholes to eachother, and Sherlock's constantly unrepentant one (which only served to bite him and leave him scrambling in the end).
Can't really love her though; no screen time equates to little reason to have strong feelings about her. The hate was giving me flashbacks to the haterade for Skyler in Breaking Bad though. I think main characters in shows like that one, and Sherlock, have this tendency to give viewers a weird Stockholm syndrome.
