1. Agreed. Or at least I wouldn't date someone who wasn't active in the whole scene. My ex was not a cosplayer by a long shot and made one convention hell for me ... and I broke up with him final day of the con.

9. Glass Shard! I kind of lost a lot of respect for her around the time I read this blog entry of hers where she was bashing fanartists when she herself is a fanartist. Her art is still fine, though.

1. Did you ever think maybe they didn't really know how to cosplay or maybe they felt self-conscious about it and just needed some encouragement?

2. Heck I feel that way with all my writing...that if it isn't original enough that no one will like me. Then I tell myself that most of the stuff I see online is complete crap anyway so I shouldn't be so hard on myself.

12. I have always thought that the story of Peter Pan was a really sad story...even when I was a child I felt that way. I always felt so sorry for poor Wendy at the end of the story when Peter told her she couldn't go to Never Never Land because she was too old.
