I don't always enjoy Enya's stuff, but I get you with the whole "everyone pretty much teases me" soothing music thing. I sometimes have RainyMood on to calm my nerves and got teased for it. XD And people look at me weirdly irl when I admit to listening to audiobooks to help me sleep/calm me down. And hey, it works for me so I rarely give a fuck about what people think anymore.

Also, might I remark on how hypocritical people can be when they make fun of people for liking to listen/do something strange to help soothe/calm themselves down. Everyone does it, whether they admit to it or not.
