Enya is one of my favorite Celtic singers and I listen to her music for the same reasons you stated. The rest of my family isn't all that keen on her work but only because they think that Enya's songs tend to sound like each other if you listen to it for a long time. They respect my choice and taste in music, though. What a shame that your friends and family are teasing you for it.
