it's out there, dude. and it's hot as hell.

I've mostly seen him in AUs. I agree he was an awesome character and needs to be written about more, though. There really is a lot to work with with what went down in Jus in Bello.

I felt robbed when he got written off, he was one of my fav characters ever on that show!

It was such a mistake to kill him off. He had such potential ♥

Don't know who he is but he looks EXACTLY like my supervisor at work - who is a prick.

What if the OP ain't a writer? Are you going to say that they should keep quiet, as if they don't have right to express disappointment of/and wishes for a fandom since they don't write for it?

Don't listen to this guy, OP. I want Victor-fic, too. But I'm not a writer so maybe I shouldn't have said that. Oh noes! Did I come across as whiny for saying that, as well?

A Henricksen Big-Bang would be AWESOME.
actually, a cop/fbi/law enforcement/whatever big bang would be awesome, period. i love fics where the winchesters get chased/captured by the law. hell, them secretly working for 'em would be interesting, too. anything, really.

Just Sayin'.

Also: why did he die? Ugh, that was cruel. Couldn't they have killed him off after he contributed to the plot in some way? He had such potential to be an amazing character. I so wanted it to be like 'Charmed' where the good cop realizes the bad guys aren't actually bad guys and they actually work together occassionally. I'd give almost anything to have seen that happen. They didn't have to keep him on the show forever, either-- just for another season or two at the very least. >=O

Seconding the cop/law enforcement/FBI big bang. YES, PLEASE.

Anytime SPN gets close to having the boys have to deal with the law, the plotline is almost immediately dropped. It happens in season 1, season 3, and season 7. Maybe it would be too complicated for them to have to deal with the supernatural and human law? It would sort of be fun to have a full season arc though, where there's a manhunt for them.

I agree with all of this, I LOVE episodes / fic where the law gets close, and Henricksen was amazing - loved the story lines, character, actor, everything. Wish he was still around for season seven - the stuff with the Leviathians was fun, but it's just crying out for more Henricksen (this could be a thing for the bigbang, like more cowbell, but instead it is more Henricksen)!

Damnit, everything as of late is making so nostalgic for this show. Maybe I'll rewatch my favorite episodes form the first three seasons over spring break or something.

Actually, there's a fairly significant amount of Victor fic considering that he's a character who was in fewer than a half dozen episodes and has been dead for four seasons and only referenced once after that.

Don't get me wrong, I love Victor and I crave more fic featuring him! It just seems rather strange to me to scold fandom for having so few stories with him when there's a fairly decent amount, really, and he was such a minor character to begin with and has been gone for so long. Me, I'm just grateful for what we've got and that people are still inclined to write stories featuring him.

(And oh man, if only Tessa got such love! I so miss Tessa.)

Hendrickson was FLAWLESS, and just as snarky as Dean, I love him so much. But the lack of fic might be that people would have to go AU, and also his story's kinda over. I mean you could write about him tracking the winchesters but you'd have to be good to make that interesting. Maybe a fic on all the other times they almost got caught, that they didn't know about. Yeah.

God, it was disappointing when he kicked the bucket. OP, I looked for fic too and nada. Of course I kind of ship Sam/Dean so most fics I've read in fandom are that pairing.

I dunno, I kind of agree that there's decent amount of fic, considering how he's not actually in that many episodes. When I think about it, I'm honestly way more annoyed at the show for killing him (and Nancy!) like that. the potential wasted there my god
