I've been a fan of Catherine Webb since Mirror Dreams. Kite is probably still my favourite hero aaaa. And Lucifer was heartbreaking and--
Also, the "fine, in whichever order seems most plausible at the time" quotation is the best and I will love you forever if you can tell what I'm talking about.
I'm french so I'll have to order it somehow, but yeeeeeees moar urban fantasy.
Now please carry on while I resume using sparkling icons.

oh I've never gotten to shout about these books before! This is... liberating!
The Mirror series is the only one I haven't yet read, I'm a horrible Catherine Webb fan but now I must must must seek it out, plus all of her heroes are amazing, anyway! Oh, poor Sam ;m; Timekeepers made me feel so bad for the guy.
...That... that quote sounds so familiar, I'm staring desperately at my large pile of books hoping the context will hit me in a flash of inspiration, I'm going to keep making this determined face until it no-doubt surfaces at two in the morning. Come on, brain. Come onnnn.
Yes, please do! I'm just devouring it so far, I've only had it for a few days and even with my limited reading time I've burned through about half of it. 'Least I haven't done what I did with The Dream Thief and read it in one sitting, horrible headache when that happens (but worth it).
Carryin' on, boss.
Why don't any of mine sparkle? Hmph.no subject
You're making me want to reread waywalkers and timekeepers damnit. But I have books to read for uni right now orz
I just checked and my bookshop doesn't have it but they can order it if I have the patience to wait two to three weeks. BETTER THAN NOTHING.
... oh my god yes.
... and then you had to use a Genis icon and I am duty bound to answer with Zelos okay.

Oops. Oh, if only we could somehow contrive some delicious amalgam of Fun Books and Assuredly Important But Insufferably Dull Books. Maybe if school books had more explosions and swordfights in between pages.
Waiting for a book is the worst part aaaaaaah. It's why I always buy new hardcovers like a sucker, I need to read them NOW.
I see your Zelos and raise you one Lloyd.

I actually like most of what we're reading this year so it's fine XD Just that it takes up my reading time lol.
I'm too broke to buy hardcovers orz. Dream thief was an exception because my mom got it for me @.@

he has a distinct voice in my imagination, but I can't think of what to compare it to. I'm sure my imagination must've cobbled it from somewhere.I try not to go crazy and buy things because of the expense, but I keep forcing myself to set money aside for books because I have no patience what-so-ever ;m; stupid printing industry, fleecing me for all I'm worth.

I am so guilty for crazy-long discussions-in-comments these days, haha. Perhaps that would be for the best, yes!
