(Anonymous) 2012-04-16 02:52 am (UTC)(link)2. Absolutely non-existent interface. Complaints seem to have no problem being heeded, but if as a writer you want to respond, you are ignored. No appeals. If you are reported by a reader as posting any material that is beyond an soft "R" rating, there is no recourse. A story of mine was bumped after being on ff.net for over three years. No recourse. No response to my ten emails. I was put on some sort of probation for six months where you couldn't search for my name. I had no problem with them bumping stories that are in conflict with their TOS. What I resented was that there was NO dialogue whatsoever. And this was a seminal story in the fandom. That was the last time I posted anything on that site other than a WIP, which I finished and then said no more.
