Moles never bothered me ( I have them, my mom too), but he made them sexy! The only body (kinda) part I tend to have a problem with is moustaches.... they creep me out.

I'm reminded of this one conversation I had a long time ago about Scrubs -- that episode where Carla wants Turk to remove his mole, and my reaction was "omg what are you thinking woman, that mole is seriously a top contender for the single most adorable thing I have ever seen in my life" XD

Blemishes can be awesome. Guys with flawless skin often look girly and unattractive to me. Some little marks -- freckles, moles, little birthmarks, etc, make them look so much better. I think it brings out their features, draws attention to certain areas of their face and deflects it from others. If nothing else, it makes them look unique and memorable.

Also, I think freckly girls are absolutely beautiful. The kind that gingers have, y'know? Freckles complement the roundness of general female facial shapes so, so well.

Unfortunately, people can always find something to make fun of. I love my hair colour, and so do quite a few others, but still it's always the prime target for bullies. I guess all you have to do is adopt a "haters gonna hate" kind of attitude, and try to love yourself despite what others think. If you do care what others think, though, might I just add that I find beauty spots really attractive? They make a face much more interesting than just plain, unmarked skin.

...I wish I still had my freckles. Those are super attractive too, imo.

(And I honestly think the character designs for anime don't tend to have beauty marks just cause the animators don't want to keep track of them.)

Hehe, this. Although, the Advanced Generation series of Pokemon had fun with Masters of Ceremonies Lilian (http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Lilian_Meridian) and Vivian (http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Vivian_Meridian) who were (possibly mirrored twin?) sisters. Aside from having very different attitudes and styles of dress (Lilian was a tomboy and wore short shorts and spoke gratitious Engrish, while Vivian was lady-like, a bit noblewoman-esque, always in a fancy ballroom dress), they also had a mole on the opposite cheek that can be used to tell their faces apart.
