I think a redo would be fun. At the same time, I wish series' like Rose of Versailles could just be brought over to the USA at all. I guess at least SM got that, even if it did get a bit butchered in the process. xD;;

I'm stuck pining for a manga series that will NEVER be turned into an anime because it's too old, and now the manga's not even being translated into English.

Some of the Eroica volumes were translated right? I have a few of them. I love how it's pretty much episodic so I don't have to collect them in order. I hunt for them every time I'm in a used bookstore. LOVE that series

Yeah, CMX translated Volumes 1-15, but the company doing it shut down back in 2010, and nothing has been translated since. That's not even half of the series, since there's 34 volumes currently released in Japan... TwT

It's such an awesome series really, way too many people just walk by it due to the older art style.

I actually prefer that older style to some of the newer shoujo art styles out there. The artwork looks more finished, must be all those bold lines I guess
